JG and ICS make a folding stock version of the M4. But purists will eschew these AEG's because they are unrealistic. The reason is that M4's are carbines based on the standard M16 and share some key design features of the real steel weapons:
• Direct Impingement: The M16 uses a direct gas impingement reloading system where hot exhaust gas is ported through a gas tube above the barrel (inside the handguard) back into the receiver and pushes a metal block driving the bolt back, ejecting the spent shell.
• Recoil Tube: To allow room in the receiver for the expanding gas to push back the bolt, the recoil spring is embedded in a metal tube directly behind the receiver. This spring pushes the bolt back into place, which loads the next round into the chamber. This 6 inch tube also forms the root attachment of the stock in both the telescoping versions and solid stock versions. You can see this tube clearly in 'pistol' versions of the M16 (below.)

A number of variants of the M16 design feature a different gas reloading system which uses a pushrod to push back the bolt (this design is used by the FAL, AK, SCAR, HK 614, etc.) and allows for a smaller recoil spring above and inside the upper receiver*. This eliminates the need for the recoil tube behind the receiver and allows for a folding stock.
Apart from the FN SCAR, there are only two other M16 variants I know of that allow for a folding stock. Unfortunately, neither the JG or ICS M4's look anything like them.
The Olympic Arms OA93
I'm sorry to say, but the OA93 is a butt ugly weapon. ICS has a license to use Olymipic Arms trades but has rightly decided not to make an AEG to this design. I guess they think that because the OA93 is an Olympic Arms weapon that they can get away with making a folding stock M4? I don't think so.
The ZM LR3000
G&P makes a version of the ZM LR3000, which is available from RedWolf and special order from Evike.
http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_44_219&products_id=23912So if you really must have a folding stock version of an M16, then don't buy the ICS or JG. Buy the G&P LR3000 if you want to be milsim accurate.

Push-rod designs are more reliable and actually an older design (the BAR, M1, M14, and AK all use it) but is more expensive to build than direct impingement. And cost was the primary reason the US military has not adopted a more reliable replacement for the M16/M4.
